WordPress support portfolio · Yerevan demonstration
A hostel service demo built to make support work observable.
NIA Hostel is a fictional business identity used to demonstrate WordPress administration, WooCommerce extension work, local email testing, and careful technical troubleshooting.
What this lab demonstrates
Commerce support
Fictional services, a manual no-charge payment method, reservation-request metadata, HPOS-compatible order storage, and transactional email checks.
Structured diagnosis
An administrator diagnostics screen, private incident notes, practical runbooks, and customer-safe explanations that separate observations from assumptions.
Reproducible operations
Docker services, WP-CLI installation and seeding, Mailpit capture, coding standards, smoke tests, and deployment documentation.
A safe demonstration, not a booking promise
The reservation product records a request and deposit workflow. It does not synchronize room inventory, connect to Booking.com, process cards, or automatically confirm a stay.
