About this support lab

NIA Hostel WordPress Support Lab is a technical portfolio project for a WordPress Customer Support or Happiness Engineer role.

It combines WordPress administration, WooCommerce setup, a security-conscious custom plugin, a native block theme, local transactional-email observation, hosting runbooks, and repeatable WP-CLI automation.

NIA Hostel is a demonstration identity. No performance metrics, customer testimonials, awards, bookings, or business results are claimed.
